Parents, grandparents and caregivers have the opportunity to participate in parenting classes. Location will be in the Brighter Day Counseling Smyrna Office hosting “Active Parenting Classes” for a $40 fee, per participant. Attendees should register by Wednesdays.

The class will address being an active parent, cooperation and communication, responsibility, discipline, building encouragement, self-esteem and redirecting misbehavior.

The class starts times may vary depending on registrations counts. The classes will be scheduled when at least 6 participants are registered. Attendees must participate in six sessions to complete the program. To register, call Marjetta at (404) 428-3104.

Upon completion of the classes you will recieve a "Certificate of Completion". A Brighter Day Counseling Services Parenting Classes are educational in nature and the classes are not intended to be psychotherapy.
